Q: What is raw hair?
A: Raw hair is 100% unprocessed or chemically treated human hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. With fuller, longer-lasting bundles—it is not only natural looking, but it acts just like your own natural hair and it blends well with all hair types. Raw hair is the purest & highest quality hair on the market.
Q: How long will my hair last?
A: There is absolutely no expiration date on our raw hair. Legacy Lengths offer lifetime lasting bundles. You determine how long your hair will last by the way you care for it—treat it as if it were your own.
Q: Can I color or style my hair?
A: Yes—Absolutely! Our 100% Raw Hair is versatile and can be colored, bleached, curled, and straightened just like your real natural hair. Just be sure to use high quality products and a heat protectant before applying heat. However— Legacy Lengths highly suggest going to a professional licensed cosmetologist for color. Keep in mind—once the hair has been chemically treated it is no longer Raw hair.
Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: For BULK HAIR— full bohemian looks require 1 full 16” inch bundle of 100% Raw Cambodian Hair for regular waist length. If you are getting Butt+ length you’ll need an 18” inch bundle. Extra full “Bora Bora” bohemian looks require 2-3 full bundles of 100% Raw Cambodian Hair.
For BUNDLES— Legacy Lengths suggest 2-3 100% Raw Cambodian Bundles for a full look and 3-4 for an Extra full look.
Q: How many grams does each bundle contain?
A: Each bundle contains 150grams.
Q: Do Raw Bundles require maintenance?
A: Absolutely! Treat Legacy Lengths Bundles like your own. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Maintaining your hair is very important! We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly to keep your hair soft and manageable— avoid heavy styling products and oils.
Q: Can I change, cancel, or return my order once it’s placed?
A: Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order with Legacy Lengths, we cannot accept cancellations or adjustments to your order. We ask that you please double check your selections before completing your order to ensure you’re satisfied with your order. Returns are only acceptable is there was a mistake made on our behalf.
Q: Do you offer pick ups?
A: Yes! All and any “On-hand” bundles are available for pick up. When Purchasing hair and bundles from our “On Hand” Collection you will receive details and instructions on how to receive your order.
Q: What is the processing + Shipping time for my order?
A: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Estimate arrival for orders are 7-10 business days. Orders that are placed on the weekends/ holidays will be processed on the following next business days.
